Mazzaneh Story

The Story of Mazzaneh

Discover how we built features that keep buyers engaged and sellers effortlessly connected — without them lifting a finger.

Visual Showcase

Introducing Mazzaneh Gram

As Mazzaneh grew, we hit a very real problem: some sellers didn’t have products ready to display—or they preferred not to upload listings at all. At the same time, in a request-based system like Mazzaneh Begir, some sellers may respond slowly, and buyers won’t wait inside an empty app.

So we needed a bridge: a feature that keeps buyers engaged while the network responds—without forcing sellers into heavy content creation. That’s why we introduced Mazzaneh Gram.

Mazzaneh Gram is a visual showcase for businesses: product/service photos, descriptions, and prices organized into clean, categorized albums. Buyers can browse fast, and sellers can start showcasing without building a full e‑commerce system.

Categorized Albums for Easy Browsing

In early adoption, speed matters. Buyers should not have to scroll endlessly to find relevant items—especially when they already know what they want.

With Gram, businesses can group their inventory into clean albums. For example, a real estate agent can separate listings into sales, rentals, and leases so customers never waste time inside unrelated posts.

And to remove friction for sellers, Gram supports importing existing Instagram content into Mazzaneh—so showcasing can start immediately without rebuilding everything from scratch.

Fully Designed Storefronts Without Lifting a Finger

Many businesses—especially traditional and wholesale sellers—don’t want to upload products, take photos, manage social media, or operate 24/7 online support. If the platform depends on listings, the app looks empty and trust collapses.

So we flipped the model: sellers don’t need to build content. We build a professional storefront for them automatically using the basic information collected during onboarding.

We displayed all their relevant product categories on their store page using visual designs that looked like actual products.

We added a small icon below each one, allowing buyers to easily request a quote (Mazzaneh) for that specific category.

This made it possible for sellers to have a clean, fully designed storefront — complete with product categories — without lifting a finger.

Multi-Channel Delivery System

A request-based marketplace fails if delivery depends on a single channel. Sellers may not have the app installed, may miss notifications, or may face connectivity restrictions. In real-world conditions, no single channel can be treated as “critical.”

So Mazzaneh delivers buyer requests through a multi-channel protocol. A request is sent via in-app notification first; if the seller doesn’t receive it, the system falls back to SMS or WhatsApp (linked to the seller’s profile).

This ensures buyers never feel a business is inactive. Sellers can respond quickly, and the response is shown to the buyer inside the app in a unified flow.

Why Sellers Love It

The Perfect Model for Wholesale Industries

Zero Effort Required

Sellers don't have to upload products or manage a store. They simply receive customer requests and respond. For many, especially in wholesale, this model is ideal.

Private Quote System

Sellers prefer to see the customer's request first and give a private quote, without exposing their prices to competitors. Mazzaneh makes this seamless.

Quick Phone Onboarding

All we needed was a quick phone call with the seller during onboarding to gather basic information, and we made their presence on Mazzaneh look fully active.

Visual Discovery

Explore Sellers on the Map

To prevent Mazzaneh from feeling empty during early rollout, we needed strong inventory signals. That meant enabling product importing and building infrastructure to populate key categories faster—without forcing every seller to manually upload everything.

As categories became richer, users could browse, request a quote, or start a conversation through storefront-style layouts inspired by familiar shopping experiences.

And to reinforce credibility at scale, we displayed businesses as map pins. Users can explore the map, open a store profile, and start chatting instantly—turning discovery into a local, visual experience.
