Our Pitch

MAZZANEH: A New Era of Digital Commerce

So far, we've rolled out some pretty great features for our users, especially for businesses, with MAZZANEH. Every single option we've built is all about making buying and selling simpler, faster, and smarter.

Mazzaneh Story Part 3

For the first time, with MAZZANEH Begir and especially MAZZANEH Radar, we didn’t just “build features.” We created a bridge that pulled a large group of people into digital commerce—people who normally avoid online buying or selling. By blending the comfort of traditional transactions with the speed of intelligent delivery, we reduced wasted movement, unnecessary calls, and urban friction—and the impact became social, not just technical.

Vision for MAZZANEH
The Vision

The Path to Zoyan

But to me, that still wasn’t the end. MAZZANEH was always meant to evolve into something that integrates with daily life: a 24-hour intelligent assistant and consultant—Zoyan.

Reaching Zoyan required groundwork. I had to reverse-engineer from the “Zoyan stage,” identify what was missing, and solve it step by step. One critical prerequisite was collecting specific user signals—the kind of information that isn’t reliably recorded anywhere else.

The Solution

Solving the Impossible

Finding solutions for the seemingly impossible is always my approach.

Targeted Advertising Revolution

I realized a simple truth: sellers are constantly paying to reach customers, yet a large portion of advertising budget is wasted on the wrong audience. I wanted a model where sellers spend less than traditional ads, but reach exactly their target customers—so there’s no wasted exposure.

For example, instead of a music store paying for impressions that reach people who don’t care about instruments, the same budget should flow only to people who are genuinely in that market. The advertising cost of a pet shop should reach people who actually own pets.

Core Concept

Zero Waste Advertising

This became the core concept: Zero Waste Advertising. The advertiser spends less, attracts precise followers, and the budget is not burned on irrelevant people.

When a target customer follows a store inside MAZZANEH, the configured amount is deducted from the seller’s account and credited to the user’s account. It’s a direct exchange: attention becomes an accountable, reward-based channel.

User Data

Unlocking User Data for Targeted Opportunities

So how do we know who is the right audience for which store? For MAZZANEH to reach its ideal goal, we need specific user signals—interests, traits, tastes, skills—because these signals define which businesses each person is a target customer for.

To enable users to earn money (and to prevent sellers from wasting budget), we first need users to tell us who they are in a structured way—without turning the platform into a privacy risk.

User Data Collection

A crucial point is how to get this information without violating privacy. The solution is that the user only follows the advertiser's store account. Sellers only see relevant followers, for example, with user code #2123. The seller's goal in advertising is to attract a target audience who will recognize them and see their products.

Gamified Product Advertising

To find more options for users to earn money, I needed to identify a problem. The inability to convey the full message, options, or features of a product to the audience was something a billboard or short ad just couldn't achieve.

We show the product advertisement, along with all its explanations and features, to the target audience. We ask them to remember this content. After that, they participate in a 20-second quiz with 4 multiple-choice questions. If they answer all correctly, they win a prize!

Time & Verification

Ensuring Authentic User Data

Once user-income and targeted advertising exist, verification becomes non-negotiable. Otherwise, someone could claim false traits and become a “target audience” for every business. So we designed a verification path that uses time, limits, and identity checks at withdrawal to keep the system fair and credible.

1

In the second step, to prevent users from reaching $2000 too quickly and to maintain professional standards while ensuring users visit the app daily, we had to limit participation in ads and following businesses.

2

When withdrawing money from the user's account, they must provide their real identity information through an ID card or similar, so they can't multiply their income in MAZZANEH with different usernames and phones.

3

If false information is registered in response to questions and we discover it, the person's entire account will be blocked and non-withdrawable, and that person with that IP will never be able to re-enter MAZZANEH.

The user must make one purchase from one of the businesses within a maximum of 3 to 4 months for each characteristic they have declared. We assure businesses that if money is paid from your account to a user who isn't your target audience, rest assured that if the person has registered false information, it will be returned to your account.

Note: The currency unit in MAZZANEH is called MZN, where one MZN equals 400 cents.
