Phase 3 · Partnership Architecture

Choose the object.
Then the path.
Then the terms.

MZN partnership is not an all-or-nothing portfolio transaction. A counterparty can engage a strategic program, a single asset, a technical cluster, or the OPU review case. Integration with HUAI or Zoyan is optional unless the selected partnership specifically requires it.

Core rule: object first → objective second → diligence third → optional integration fourth → terms fifth. A deal in one area does not imply rights, validation or obligations across the rest of MZN.
Partnership principleNo forced bundle.

Mazzaneh, GPU Sentinel, Tokenizer, LLM systems, HUAI, Zoyan and OPU can each attract different counterparties.

Partnership objective

The same asset can support different deal types.

After choosing the object, define what the counterparty actually wants to accomplish.

Operate

Market / Operating Partner

Local launch, distribution, market access, commercial operations, ecosystem relationships.

Validate

Technical / Specialist Partner

Benchmarking, reproduction, security review, implementation hardening or pilot validation.

Commercialize

License / OEM / Strategic

License, OEM, integration, transfer, product partnership or other asset-specific structures.

Research

Lab / Institution

Research collaboration, protocol evaluation, human-centered AI work or specialist review.

Capital

Investment / JV

Program-specific or object-specific capital without assuming acquisition or control of the rest of MZN.

Evaluate

OPU / Category Review

Independent evaluation and challenge. This is not a product transaction and does not extend Phase 2 solo formation.

Engagement sequence

Scope before signatures.

The relationship should be designed around the evidence object and objective rather than forcing a generic “strategic partnership” label.

01Select object

Program, asset, cluster or review case.

02Define objective

Operate, validate, pilot, license, research, invest or evaluate.

03Set diligence

Public, controlled, restricted/NDA or independent review as required.

04Choose integration

Standalone, cluster, HUAI, Zoyan or broader convergence—only if useful.

05Structure terms

Rights, background IP, geography, exclusivity, milestones, economics and governance.

06Pilot / execute

Bounded implementation with explicit success/failure criteria.

07Reassess

Expand, license, invest, merge, hold or stop based on results.

08Protect boundaries

A relationship in one object does not silently absorb the rest of MZN.

Convergence choice

Integration is a negotiated option, not the price of entry.

Standalone

Advance one product or asset without HUAI/Zoyan dependency.

Selective integration

Connect only the capabilities needed for the selected program or pilot.

Broader convergence

Explore Mazzaneh + selected Phase 2 assets + HUAI + Zoyan where the strategic case supports it.

Phase 2 / OPU boundary: Phase 3 staffing, partners, investors, festival activity, engineering, validation or commercialization do not retroactively alter the closed Phase 2 solo-formation record. The Phase 3 OPU path advances review of that historical case; it does not add new work to the solo claim.
Discovery channels

Partnership does not depend on festival attendance.

International events can create introductions and visibility, but any Phase 3 route can begin directly with the relevant partner, institution, lab, investor, operator or evaluator.

Contact · Move from fit to conversation

When the object is clear, start the conversation.

Use the partnership address for strategic, investment, licensing, pilot, research-institution or asset-level discussions. Use the general address for routing and company information. The Gmail address is retained as an alternate contact route.

Best first message: identify the program, asset or review question you are entering; your organization; the proposed path; and whether deeper evidence or an NDA-based review is relevant.
