OPU · Role-Surface Compression

Many decision surfaces. One founder-directed formation loop.

The role map describes the breadth of company-building and technical decision surfaces touched during the formation process. It does not claim professional credential equivalence with lawyers, auditors, scientists, security specialists or other independent experts.

Constraints

Constraints are context when they produce observable process or architecture.

Funding, geography, access, tooling and time constraints can matter to the formation story. They should not be converted into automatic multipliers of value. Their evidentiary role is strongest where they explain a documented design decision, workflow or operating trade-off.

Calibration

Role compression can support the formation narrative. It cannot replace technical review, legal/IP review, independent validation or professional credentials.
