ISBP
A Phase-2-origin security threat discovery under ZOE. A mitigation architecture exists but its sensitive mechanics are retained for controlled / NDA review.
MZN separates when an asset was formed from what kind of asset it is. A research asset may originate inside the Phase 2 solo boundary while remaining research, protocol exploration, threat discovery or foundational theory rather than a deployed product.
Some Phase 2 work is best reviewed through research questions: Is the problem real? Is the architecture coherent? Is the finding reproducible? Is the idea novel? What has been implemented or tested? What remains confidential? Each asset answers those questions differently.
Research placement does not imply weakness, incompleteness or lack of implementation. It means the primary review lens is research, theory, protocol or threat discovery rather than current product operation.
A Phase-2-origin security threat discovery under ZOE. A mitigation architecture exists but its sensitive mechanics are retained for controlled / NDA review.
A Phase-2-origin protocol-research architecture for constrained communication. The architecture is documented; the technical core is reserved and its strongest performance claims require controlled, independent review.
A Phase-2-origin foundational research architecture for biological intelligence, limitation, embodiment, consequence, salience, memory, emotion-as-signal, self-correction, and human-grounded AI.
When and under what human-contributor boundary was the research formed?
What documents, architecture, implementation, tests or research artifacts actually exist?
Which parts can be public, and which are restricted because of IP, security or misuse risk?
Which claims can be independently reproduced, challenged or verified in Phase 3?
